How I lost 60 pounds in 1 week!

Hi, I'm Dan walek, and I'm going to show you how I lost 60 pounds in one week.

So, I first noticed it when I started eating more. I was slowly gaining more weight, and I didn't know if it was healthy or not, so I kept on eating and I wanted to see the effects.Turns out that it was a disaster! I had gained over 5 pounds! This was an outrage, and I knew I had to do something. I searched the web but nothing came up. It was up to me to create my own diet plan. After using it for a week, I lost 60 pounds! Here it is.

  1. For breakfeast, take an instant oatmeal package. Open it up, and pour about 3/4 of it on the ground(My dog cleans up after me). Then, mix in about 1 table spoon of hot water. That way the oatmeal isn't a sludge, yet isn't a dust. Enjoy!
  2. For lunch, I would buy those packages containing 8 hot dogs, and some hot dog buns. Take 1 hot dog from the package, and cut it in half. Then take one half, and boil it. Place the cut hot dog, on the bun, then cut the bun in half. Enjoy your diet lunch.
  3. For dinner, I cooked up some pasta. Just thrown in any pasta that you like. Now, when the pasta finished cooking, take the pot and throw the contents into your sink. Whatever lands in the sink is your dinner (You also don't need a strainer)! Sauce you say? What a joke. You don't need sauce. Just eat it right out of the sink too. You won't need plates either!

  4. What about snacks? Well, I'll tell you. Snacks are really good, but you shouldn't waste your money on them. Plus, a lot of snacks have a lot of carbohydrates and sugars. Not good for losing weight.
